Larry A. Weiner, CPA, CrFA

Managing Partner

Mr. Weiner has more than 30 years of public accounting experience specializing in the automotive industry. In addition to his tax, audit and consulting expertise, he has extensive experience in benchmarking, operation reviews, profit improvement, due diligence, and buy/sell agreements. He has advanced knowledge in all areas of the dealerships departments including new/used vehicles, service and parts departments and the electronic data processing systems used by dealerships including ADP and Reynolds and Reynolds. Mr. Weiner has been sought out by National Publications for his knowledge and expertise. He has been featured in JM&A Group and Entrepreneur magazine. In addition, Mr. Weiner regularly teaches at the Toyota and Lexus headquarters, provides litigation support as an expert witness and lends his expertise to arbitration hearings.

Mr. Weiner is certified to practice in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Connecticut. He is actively affiliated with the National Alliance of Auto Dealer Advisors Group, American Institute of Certified Public Accounting, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, American College of Forensic Examiners and the American Board of Forensic Accounting.

Dennis Kremer, CPA, ABV, CFF, CVA, CFE

Director of Litigation Services

Dennis Kremer is a highly experienced, cutting edge, CPA, specializing in the "things that keep you up at night." As an experienced CPA professional, he takes a creative-approach to help you with the areas in which he is laser focused. Being accredited in Business Valuation, Financial and Occupational Fraud, and acting as a Financial Specialist in Collaborative Divorces, and Forensics, Kremer can assist you and your clients through the difficult times in their lives by contested matrimonial affairs and providing the guidance only an expert can. As a litigation support consultant to attorneys, he works with you and your partners to help untangle complex financial issues which often play a vital role in litigation strategies. Kremer can help by supplying attorneys with critical financial information and clarification necessary for litigation tactical planning and negotiations.

Bruce Dailey, CPA

Partner

Mr. Dailey has more than 25 years of experience in diverse accounting, tax, due-diligence, and consulting services with a specialty in the automotive industry. He is considered a leading expert in the internal operations of both foreign and domestic automobile dealerships. He is regularly sought after as an expert witness in litigation matters involving automotive accounting, prepared business valuation appraisals and due diligence reviews. He has spoken at the AICPA Dealership Conference.

Mr. Dailey, CPA holds an MBA in Finance and is affiliated with the National Alliance of Auto Dealer Advisors Group, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert J. Olejar, Esq., CPA, CFE

Director

Robert J. Olejar is a trial lawyer and forensic accountant specializing in commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense in federal and state court. A licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, he has been appointed Receiver and Court's Forensic Accountant by the Chancery Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. In September 2013, he successfully completed all formal testing requirements and was Called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister on Thanksgiving Day 2014. A former U.S. Marine, he holds a Fifth Degree Black Belt in the Japanese martial art of Ninjutsu.

Peter L. Lohrey, PhD, CVA, CDBV

Director

Dr. Lohrey is an experienced consultant who has worked for three different international accounting firms, and has provided over 20 years of business valuation, forensic accounting, complex commercial claims analysis, securities analysis, and litigation consulting services. Dr. Lohrey also served for 2 years as a research analyst at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of the Chief Economist.

Dr. Lohrey holds a PhD with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from George Washington University, a M.S. in Finance and MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. . He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Certified in Distressed Business Valuation (CDBV). His articles have appeared in several academic and professional journals including, The Value Examiner, The Business Journal for Entrepreneurs, The International Journal of E-Business Research, and Credit & Financial Management Review.
